Travel & Lifestyle – (Sr. Designer)

About the Role:

The Products team is responsible for upholding our status as an authority on all things travel and luxe, by constantly pushing the envelope with unique and transformative experiences!

We are looking for an innovator. Experience Required – 4-6 years minimum 

• Our ideal candidate would be a curious cat who can investigate interesting travel and lifestyle  experiences 

• You must have a demonstrable and sound knowledge of geography which should be reflected  in your ability to design international itineraries. 

• You should have a sound knowledge of flights, aviation and routing. 

• You should have the ability to design itineraries and experiences which are practical to  implement and meet briefs, budgets and wish lists of travellers. 

• You should be able to ensure the budgets and costs have been efficiently allocated when  designing an itinerary. 

• You should be able to source ideas & experiences that are authentic, local, culture-centric  and off the beaten path

• Be it lifestyle, art, culture, gastronomy or adventure, originality is key and you should have a  natural flair for innovating and have knowledge of the latest global luxury travel trends • Tracking upcoming global consumer travel trends and patterns – you should be on top of all  things cool & chic in travel & luxury, synonymous with our brands. 

• You should be able to engage with clients, walk them through the itineraries, and ensure that  any iterations have been perfectly implemented 

• Using your travel research (online as well as field knowledge) to curate, ideate on innovative  bespoke itineraries. 

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically itinerary designing
  • Having travelled internationally.
  • Should have worked/ liaised with international destination management companies (DMCs) and tourism boards. 
  • Certificates issued by global tourism boards and other established travel bodies, including  country specific specialist programs. 
  • Having a demonstrable passion for travel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and budgeting skills.
  • Should be extremely comfortable with Microsoft Excel and PPT.  
  • Added bonus if you’re comfortable with Canva and Illustrator.
