Travel & Lifestyle – Sr. Coordinator

Job Role: 

The Products team is responsible for upholding our status as an authority on all things travel and luxe,  by constantly pushing the envelope with unique and transformative experiences. 

Experience Required – 3 to 5 years 

You will be a part of the Operations team at ATD, and your responsibilities shall include, but not belimited to: 

• Handle enquiries and manage client expectations before, during and after a trip. • Design and prepare travel itineraries as per the clients’ brief. 

• Prepare costings and proposals for travel itineraries. Communicate & coordinate start-to-end  travel requests with the clients. 

• Build relationships with partners and suppliers. 

• Create initiatives to streamline the processes within the department. 

• Constantly work on ways to minimise the cost of operations and maximise profits.

• Prepare monthly and annual sales & production reports. Improvise and work on a solution  driven approach.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Graduate with a B.Com degree. 

• 3-5 years of experience in handling international travel operations. 

• Having travelled internationally would be a plus. 

• Knowledge of Amadeus & basic knowledge on flights & visas. 

• Specialist certifications from various International Tourism 

• Boards would be taken into consideration. 

• Should have knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost 

• control to bring efficiency. 

• Proficient with Excel. 

• Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills. 

• Great team player.

• Communication skills.
